Sleeves, bushings, spacers, and wear components made for functional fits.

Prototype to production

One-off replacement parts and repeat production runs supported.

Material engineering

Select the stainless steel grade for the application

Sleeve performance depends on the material grade. We machine stainless steels selected for corrosion resistance, strength, hardness, temperature stability, and wear performance.

Materials are procured from reputable mills, with certification and traceability documentation available when required by your project or international standard.

304 / 304L

Standard stainless grade for general corrosion resistance in mild environments.

316 / 316L

Higher molybdenum content for improved performance in acidic or marine environments.

17-4PH

Precipitation-hardening stainless steel for high strength and hardness with corrosion resistance.

410 / 420

Martensitic grades often chosen for high hardness after heat treatment.

Manufacturing capabilities

Precision machining for functional sleeve geometries

Our Dongguan-based facility is optimized for rotational components. CNC turning, CNC milling, and precision grinding support simple cylindrical sleeves as well as parts with shoulders, flanges, internal or external threads, keyways, and snap-ring grooves.

Parameter Capability
Outside Diameter Ø3 mm – Ø500 mm
Inside Diameter Ø1 mm – Ø450 mm
Length 3 mm – 1500 mm
CNC Turning Tolerance ±0.01 mm
Precision Grinding ±0.005 mm
Concentricity / Runout Down to 0.01 mm
Surface Finish Down to Ra 0.2 μm

Fit and tolerance control

Protect the relationship between ID, OD, and assembly

Sleeves commonly function as bearing surfaces or sealing interfaces. Our engineering and inspection process focuses on the dimensional relationships that determine fit, rotation, sealing, and service life.

01

Tight fit control

H6/H7 or h6/h7 fits are produced to your assembly drawing requirements.

02

Concentricity and runout

OD and ID grinding helps minimize radial runout for high-speed rotating equipment, reducing vibration and premature wear.

03

Thin-wall machining

Specialized work-holding techniques minimize distortion so thin-walled sleeves remain round and within tolerance after release.

Application coverage

Sleeves for demanding industrial systems

Pumps and fluid handling

Pump shaft sleeves, seal sleeves, and wear sleeves for abrasive fluids and high-pressure sealing environments.

Mechanical seals

Precision spacers and sleeves that maintain the integrity of mechanical seal assemblies.

Motors and power transmission

Bearing sleeves and coupling components for gearboxes and motor shafts.

Mining, heavy machinery, marine, and offshore

Hardened, high-load components and corrosion-resistant shaft parts for severe operating environments.

Beyond machining

Ready-to-install finishing and documentation

SleeveMFG coordinates secondary operations so your sleeve arrives fit-for-service and aligned with the technical requirements of your assembly.

Heat treatment

Quenching, tempering, and nitriding to increase surface hardness and wear resistance.

Surface coating

Electroless nickel, hard chrome, or PVD/DLC coatings for improved tribological properties.

Final finishing

Honing, polishing, and passivation for specified roughness and corrosion resistance.

Quality assurance

Inspection aligned with your drawing

Our quality control department verifies every batch against the provided engineering drawings. Inspection reports document dimensional results, geometric tolerances, and surface finishes before parts leave the facility.

Inspection equipment includes

  • ●Coordinate measuring machines
  • ●Profile projectors
  • ●Surface roughness testers
  • ●Calibrated bore and OD micrometers
