Precision CNC Turning
Precision CNC Turning for Custom Sleeves and Rotational Components
SleeveMFG is a precision machine shop in Dongguan, China, dedicated to manufacturing custom sleeves, bushings, and spacers. We work directly from customer drawings, 3D models, or physical samples to produce components that meet specific dimensional, material, and geometric requirements.
Sleeve Manufacturing
The Role of CNC Turning in Sleeve Manufacturing
Sleeve components — such as shaft sleeves, wear sleeves, and bearing sleeves — require precise control over geometry, particularly the relationship between the inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD). CNC turning is the foundational process for achieving these requirements.
Effective sleeve production relies on maintaining concentricity, roundness, and surface finish. While turning handles the primary material removal and profile creation, our workflow integrates turning with secondary precision operations to ensure the final part functions correctly within its assembly. We do not manufacture catalog parts; every component is machined to the specific tolerances defined in your engineering prints.
Key Control Parameters
- ✓Concentricity between OD and ID
- ✓Roundness and cylindrical form
- ✓Surface finish and dimensional stability
- ✓Complex profiles, shoulders, and flanges
