We machine threaded sleeves directly from your technical drawings or 3D models. Our production process integrates CNC turning with precise threading cycles to ensure thread pitch accuracy, flank angle precision, and perpendicularity relative to the sleeve axis.

  • Surface Finishing Electroless nickel plating, black oxide, hard chrome, or PVD/DLC coatings to prevent galling and enhance thread life.
  • Precision Grinding OD/ID grinding to achieve Ra 0.2 μm surface finishes where seals or bearings interface with the sleeve.
