Why Centerless Grinding for Sleeves?
Centerless grinding is the preferred method for finishing cylindrical components where high productivity and tight tolerances are required. Unlike between-centers grinding, this process allows for high-speed production of long, thin-walled, or heavy-duty sleeves.
By utilizing a regulating wheel and a grinding wheel, we maintain precise control over the outside diameter (OD) and roundness. This process is essential for components that require:
Superior Surface Finish
Achieving Ra 0.2 μm or better.
Dimensional Accuracy
Maintaining OD tolerances within ±0.005 mm.
Geometric Integrity
Ensuring roundness and cylindricity for high-speed rotating equipment.
Through-feed Efficiency
Ideal for high-volume production of spacer sleeves and wear sleeves.
Our Manufacturing Capabilities
We combine CNC machining and grinding to handle complex sleeve geometries. Our Dongguan facility is equipped to process a wide range of industrial metals, including hardened steel, stainless steel, and nickel alloys.

Precision Grinding for Demanding Applications
Not every sleeve requires the same level of finish. We evaluate your drawing's fit and tolerance requirements to determine the optimal grinding strategy.
Bearing Sleeves
High-precision OD for interference fits and bearing seatings.
Pump Shaft & Wear Sleeves
Hardened surfaces finished with grinding to ensure long-term seal reliability.
Thin-Wall Sleeves
Managed through specialized grinding techniques to prevent deformation or vibration during the process.
Distance & Spacer Sleeves
Grinding ensures parallel faces and consistent OD for assembly in rotating stacks.
Integrated Secondary Operations
A finished sleeve often requires more than just grinding. We provide a full-service manufacturing solution, coordinating processes to reduce your supply chain complexity.
Heat Treatment
Quenching, tempering, nitriding, and induction hardening to increase wear resistance.
Surface Treatments
PVD/DLC coating, hard chrome plating, and electroless nickel plating for corrosion resistance.
Precision Finishing
Honing, lapping, and polishing for specific mechanical seal requirements.
Supporting OEM and MRO Requirements
For OEMs
We focus on repeatable, drawing-compliant production, ensuring that every batch of sleeves arrives with the necessary inspection reports and material certifications.
For MRO & Repair Companies
We reverse-engineer worn components to create direct replacements. If you have an obsolete part or a shaft sleeve that is no longer available from the original manufacturer, we can machine a replacement based on your sample or measurements.
Material Expertise
We work with a broad spectrum of industrial-grade materials suited for high-stress environments. Whether your application requires high-strength alloys for oil and gas, corrosion-resistant stainless for marine applications, or hardened tool steels for heavy machinery, we ensure the material meets your specified standards.
Stainless
304, 316, 17-4PH, 15-5PH
Alloy Steel
4140, 4340, 42CrMo
Tool / Bearing Steel
52100, GCr15, D2
Exotic Alloys
Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy
Quality Control and Inspection
Precision is verified through a rigorous inspection process. Every component is checked against your drawing using calibrated equipment, including CMMs, profile projectors, and high-precision bore and micrometer gauges.
We provide documentation for all critical features, ensuring that the parts you receive match the requirements of your assembly.
